HOT OR COLD??

Today's shower thoughts lead to some curiosity!

I always take warm/hot showers year round & it's normal for me, but I'm curious is there anyone that loves taking cold showers no matter how cold it is outside?

I wash my hair using semicold water but otherwise I'm scalding my skin off 😂

I took cold showers as part of my practice. You get used to after a while, and it's great for skin.

I like a warm shower but when I get back from the gym I like it cold

I only take semi cold showers when I'm having hot flashes lol
