How did you tone up your body!?

So, I weigh 130-135 (my weight is always fluctuating between those two) but I would like to tone up my body. I DO NOT NEED TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT! When I was in school I was doing sports year round so I stayed toned. Like I would like to just get my abs back, tone up my butt, tone up my arms and legs. Ya know just simply tone up 😂😂! How did you girls do it!? Meal plans or working out plans?
