Same thing period for Oct but not for nov are Dec took test all native I'm so scared

Same thing! They all saying negative.. but I had my period September not October but nov and dec. They said sometimes people don't find out until later on that they are pregnant.. Who knows but I know something isn't right with my body ! My tummy feel like it has butterflies in it ALL THE TIME! I don't know if it's my mind or what but something is off !
