bleeding after rough sex!

I just had rough sex in the car and we did it doggy style . It felt amazing but he was rough and we didn't have much room , I even bruised my leg. When I got home and went to the bathroom I had orange discharge idk it's blood. Has this happened to anyone I'm scared
