the doctor told me any medicine but NyQuil 🤔

I'm super worried , I've had a terrible cold for the past week and finally couldn't take it anymore. I called the obgyn office but it was during the weekend and they were closed so I guess I got transferred to someone on call. He said any meds were fine for the cold except for nyquil because it has alcohol. I took some sudafed and now I'm really worried I could have hurt my baby. I'm 6 weeks only btw
