Braxton hicks?

I don't know if it's what I'm experiencing or not. I have a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen but nothing feels exactly like tightening. Any help?

Answer

BH usually cause your while abdomen to tighten up quite a bit. For some people they're painful, others just slightly uncomfortable. I never had pressure with them until I was a couple weeks away from my due date, but even then it was accompanied by the tightening.
