I think I'm in labor, HELP.

I've been having contractions for an hour with the urge to poop. anyone go to sleep & wake up in like full blown labor or something like that? I'm scared to risk it because my drive is a good 30 minutes. but, I'm so uncomfortable. 😞 I wanted to try & sleep through them, and see how it goes. should I?
