Benadryl & unisom ???

So I wonder of I can take unisom during the day with b6 for nausea and benadryl at night...cuz the unisom didn't make me tired....any thoughts...I'm prly about 6weeks and don't want to rush or be to much...but I feel misrable already! And this is my 2nd baby so I know what's to come....
