should I be concerned?

I'm 22 weeks pregnant. Last night t SO and I had sex. Afterward, I had about 6-7 contractions within 30 minutes. I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. Now, I've had about 4 within the past hour. Also some sharp pains in my uterus/lower abdomen, sharp pains in my crotch, and cramps in my inner thighs/buttocks/groin. Is this normal?
