What is a good age difference to have between kids?

It depends on the family. For some a larger age difference will be better. For others, a shorter age difference will be better. For my family, a shorter age difference is what we prefer. I will try for my second when my daughter is about a year and a half.

Kids to far apart in age do not get along well. Even if they do there is frustration bc one can do things the other cant. Yea having kids close together is difficult as well as far as the physical needs of babies/toddlers and expenses like diapers and all the baby accessories but i would not prefer to have them 6 or more years apart.

My first one is 21months, my 2nd is 7 months and I'm 16 weeks with 3rd. So I like mine close.

Mine are 6 years apart and that seems a little too much. The little one is never big enough to do everything his brother does which makes it hard.

I really enjoyed having my kids 16 months apart though it was hard and hectix. This time this age difference wpuldnt have worked and the differencewill be 3 years. My sister had all her kids 5 years apart. Everyone is different. Can you handle kids close together? Do you want all you sleepless nights heaped together or with breaks. How are you with multi tasking and stress etc
