Birthday gift for my mom!

Okay, so my moms birthday is in a few days, and I completely lost track of time. Unfortunately, due to the holidays just passing and rent due on the first, I'm a little tight on cash. She's never been someone who asks for much, although she definitely deserves it, and I honestly have no clue what to get her. I have a 2.5 year old, so was trying to get some cute DIY ideas on gifts and couldn't find anything. Anyone have any ideas on a gift? Doesn't have to be DIY, but does have to be on the cheaper end of the scale. Thank you in advance!
