Anyone ever had costochondritis while pregnant?

If so, how bad was your pain and what helped ease it a bit?

Answer

I had it occasionally with my son and I there wasn't really a way of easing it. Try to stay calm and breathe through it I would get mine in my upper rib cage making it feel hard to breath. It was and still is a very uncomfortable feeling. Try not to panic only makes it worse.
