I'll be 36 weeks on Friday and they are inducing me (I just found out today). My anxiety is through the roof. How do I calm myself down?

What are you most anxious about? Going through labor? Bringing baby home? You will do great! Take advantage of the hospital resources while you are there. I was so scared to bring the baby home, but guess what? It's actually easy! Yeah you won't sleep much but once you get those baby cuddles everything will be ok.
