People keep telling me to do the bath boob bed thing but as much as he likes his bath, he's all riled up after it. I've tried it a few times and he will be up for hours after.

A bath makes my kiddo angry-scream. But taking a shower mellows her out and makes her sleepy. I think the combination of warm water and chest on chest contact really relaxes her.
