wisdom teeth??

So I'm 23 weeks pregnant and one of my wisdom teeth is coming out, can I get them removed anytime soon? Or do I have to wait till after I give birth? Also if I wait till after birth will pain medication affect breastfeeding?? Anyone gone through this? Anything would be helpful! Thanks!!

I got a molar pulled about a month ago and I'm 38 weeks. You just can't get gas

You can have them taken out while pregnant. One of mine are coming in and they were going to take mine out while pregnant as long as my OB approved it, which he did. I just chose not to do it while pregnant.

I don't know about when you're pregnant but my sister had her wisdom teeth out after she had my niece and she had to stop breastfeeding because of the pain medicine.

You can have them removed while you're pregnant. If they're not giving you pain (besides the Soreness of growing in) I'd wait to have them removed. The dentist will need X-rays to see how they're growing in and most likely prescribe you pain meds afterwards. You don't HAVE to take them but you're going to be uncomfortable.

I don't think they will do work on u while pregnant but if u do it afterwards u would have to store some milk and while on the meds pump and dump that's what my dentist told me
