Doctor offered at exactly 40 weeks. It hurt but only lasted a few seconds. And my water broke that night!!

doctor offered at 37+5 or something for my second as i was scheduled to be induced at exactly 38 week due to medical reason......it hurt and did nothing but make me spot a bit......i will never do it again

Doctor offered at 39 weeks, it did nothing. Doctor offered again at 40 weeks, still nothing. I didn't deliver until 41+1 ! This time I won't even bother because it's not guaranteed to do anything at all and it's not the most comfortable thing. I'll have this baby eventually so what's the point haha
