when to make a doctors appointment

Have not been using any prevention for 3 years. Started tracking this year with. 30-31 day cycle usually ovulation is in day 16. I'm 31, just wondering how long I should wait to make a doctors appointment. Im on my last fertile day today.

Yeah I agree defo make an appointment at least you can see if there's any barriers with conceiving. With mine they just did bloods to test hormone levels are ok. That's the first step & then it's an ultrasound  prior to them sending you to fertility specialists. Have you read taking control of your fertility? It's eye opening & makes you realise things about your body & cm that you never knew to look out for before.

I personally would make one now. Has it been at least 6 months of actual tracking? Totally up to you but my opinion would be to make one.

After 6 months of actively trying. I would just call the doc. You may have to wait a year because I think it's 6 months only for 35 & over
