Nexplanon

How is nexplanon for everyone? I just got it and I probably should've asked before I got it but I would really like to know. I know everyone has different bodies but now that I have it, people are like "well do you know that this could happen, and that could happen.." so I'm just curious. I searched up on it but I never came across anything bad. So everyone tell me about your experiences with Nexplanon (implant).
