Do you think if a girl is 16 or under and gets pregnant her parents have the right to choose whether or not she can keep the baby or do adoption etc?

No it isn't their right HOWEVER they will essentially be raising and financing the child and so I think they have every right to not make life easy for her

Strictly speaking no however if she's living under their roof and it's gonna be down to them to pay then they need to have a conversation about how realistically she will afford it. It's her responsibility not theirs.   If the parents aren't going to pay for the child then there's not going to be many options.

Sure they do. They shouldnt be stuck taking care of a baby they didnt create. The girl can move in with the person who helped her make the baby if she doesnt like it.

It would be her decision .I wouldnt make things easy for her for the excuse that shes young and should be out having fun etc.those days will be over..i see moms let their daughter go out and the mom raises her grandchild...Nope...id make her deal with the consequences of her actions and let her be a mom.

If that 16 year old lives with her parents, and is being supported by them, I think they absolutely should have a say on whether they want to support another child in the house.

If she wants an abortion then I think that she should have to right to do that, and her parents shouldn't be able to force her to give birth. But I feel that if she wants to have a baby because she thinks it's going to be all sunshine and rainbows and her parents are gonna end up having to financially support and raise it then they should be able to choose to terminate tbh. If she's a minor then she would not be mentally or financially capable of raising a child, plus if she's under 16 then there's an increased risk of complications and death because she probably isn't developed enough to carry a pregnancy to term.

Legally, they have no right no matter how old the child is.

Technically, they do have the legal right to make medical decisions for a child or minor under custody so long as the state sees fit. Although if the child disagrees to such decision it'll be up to the state to decide, but most of the time the parents win.
