Period late

My period is late, by two days now. Me and my boyfriend have always used condoms for protection, and I know it's only 99.9% safe for unwanted pregnancies, but there's also that 1% that the condom won't hold ALL of the seamen that comes out....so what should I do?? My boyfriend will try to get a pregnancy test for me, but what do I do if it comes out positive? I already have a son that's 7months old now. So, what do we do?? Can anyone give me some advice?
