Sick before period?

Does anyone else get really sick before their period sometimes? Every once and a while I get flu like symptoms before my period. It happened this time and I'm feverish and have bad cramps 😫

I'm always getting a cold or the flu before my period. Mixed in with the cramps and headaches it makes life horrible. I've gone home from school multiple times for that reason. 😭🔫
