starting IVF next week

Any tips, thoughts, and advice?
Also what are your thoughts on drinking wine and coffee up until starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? I've read it's okay up until egg retrieval but some people say to stop months before <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>.
