What's the difference?

May sound stupid..but what's the difference between what people call lightening crotch nd BH? I only know what contractions feel like when on petocin and that 7 almost 8 years ago. I'm 24w+2d and I know bh can come whenever. Baby boy is very active today.

Lightning crotch is wen u feel a pain go thru ur vagina (either baby is kicking in that direction or they hit a nerve). Bh may not cause any pain but will make ur stomach tighten in a pattern
