ELECTED C-Section due to TummyTuck!

In some countries like Colombia, PR, Brazil and The Dominican Republic just to name a few, CS are becoming an ELECTED form of delivery which i highly criticize, why?? Because they are not doing it for medical reasons, they are doing it for cosmectic reasons: tummytuck over the same incision, etc. 
I understand that some women do it because they plan to do it down the road anyway, and just rather "get over it" and at the same time take the baby out. 
Reasons why i dont agree with this? 
1-why would you put your life at risk with a newborn baby just out in the world?? 
2-THE RECOVERY!! Dont you want to be able to enjoy and take care of your baby right way with no restrictions? 
3-Let's say that you HAD to get a CS, your body has changed during the pregnancy and is definitely not the same thats why we say some botched bodies.   
I know everyone is allowed to do whatever they want with their bodies, but i think is a selfish decision. 
What are your thoughts on this? Would you ELECT or agree it's ok or do you think is selfish?
