Before becoming pregnant that was my button. I plan to breastfeed and have heard so many stories about how my boobs will never be the same.

My nipples are still on point but my boobs in general are saggy and try to party to much lol

They can be, but i tell my so to kinda stay away really. Im not up for someone else being on them when i spend most of my day with my son attached to them.
To each their own really. Some find theyre more sensitive, others, like me, cringe at the thought of having my nipples played with in any way.

I breastfeed with all my children and I also have a nipple piercing. I am 26 weeks with 4th child and nipples are good lol
