So I was just released after two days in hospital for ore term labor. Contractions were 3-4 mins apart and very consistent. I'm on the progesterone shot and now they have me on an oral pill. Does anyone have any experience with being on both?  I'm still contracting but my cervix has stopped changing. So that's a plus. However... now... when the contractions hit. My heart rate spikes to close to 200 every time. But doc doesn't want me to come back in. I've had the steroid shots for her lungs and she is measuring two weeks ahead. But with as high as my heart rate keeps spiking I'm freaking out since I have high cholesterol and a heart disease and heart attacked are prevalent in my family. 😳.
