Boy problems

So I met this guy at school and he is so nice and really cute. We don't really know each other super well but we consider each other friends. I've had his snapchat for a while and a couple nights ago we started snap chatting and having good conversations. The next day I put on my story a cute pic of me with a dog filter and the caption was "chat this for a tbh for tbh" so he chatted me and he said "me me me" and so I have him one and I said: " tbh ur cute and u seem chill and we should talk more" and he said: "yes we should and tbh your really pretty and I love your hair and are you single?" and so I said "yes are you" he said " yes and it sucks i hate being single" and then we started talking about how much we hated being single and then he said " we should hangout sometime" and i said " that would be great" then he asked when I was free. Well my friend text me and said "i think i like Noah" (which is the guy that I like) and being a good friend I said " don't hate me but I like him and I think he likes me too, but if u don't want me to hangout with him I won't " and so she acted cool about it. But then I get a text from Noah saying " bailey" and I said "yes" and he said "I think u got the wrong idea, i have to get to know you before I like you, and until then we are just friends and nothing more" and I said " i completely understand" But ever since then he won't answer my texts and he is ignoring me and i don't know if he still wants to hang or not. I don't know wether so be mad at my friend or Noah. What should I do? I really like him. Please help. And honestly he was kind of leading me on, right!?
