I want to get pregnant...

So I really wanna get pregnant but my boyfriend doesn't want a baby right now bc he wants to wait. Yet he isn't really preventing it. The only thing he does is pullout. He even told me the other day that he thinks he came in me a little and he said hay he was going to go get the plan b pill and never did. I'm so confused. I don't know if it is he doesn't want to try right now and it's okay if it just so happens or what. But that's what I'm thinking? What can I do to ask him about it without him thinking I'm wanting to have a baby for the wrong reasons. I want a kid of my own. I dream about them. I even had one last night and it gave me such a good feeling!
