gaining weight and just started dieting this week
This is my first week dieting and I started meal planning I made them as mid day lunches. It was zucchini, 1/2 cups of ground turkey, 1/2 cup of brown rice. Since this was the first time this week dieting in a while I wasn't eating completely clean and I definitely haven't been getting fast food everyday. And I've been eating 1500 calories a day and I weigh 184 in the morning and 186 at night and I used to weigh 177 before the holidays. It's just really depressing and I've only gone to the gym twice this week so far so I can't be gaining muscle. I'm really gonna try hard this week and try to cut out big carbs like rice. What more should I do I don't want to give up I really wanna lose weight. And I also just stopped taking birth control and I've been less hungry and eating less. Ur I'm not losing
