Help 6 month sleep training!!

My 6 month old daughter and I sleep on the couch together. We have every night since she's been born. She's ebf so it's just easier to plop a boob in her mouth and go back to sleep. But now that she's getting bigger I'm wanting her to sleep by herself so I can get back in the bed with my husband (he sleeps on the other couch) so I need ideas for a sleep routine my husband and I can both do for her. She doesn't take a bottle but eats cereal, fruits, and veggies. And she wakes up during the night still. Sigh. Anything would help!
