Who picks Baby's name?

Question

I've read ALOT of women commenting on their spouses choices of names and they seem to heavily lean towards the mothers final choice. 
Which, if you're the one growing the kid, I can understand.

We agreed on a set of rules (no cities, flowers, etc) and he went to town. Spent several days researching origins and meanings before coming to me with his choice. 
I've never wanted to name them. I mean I get the joy of giving our little ones life, he should get the joy of knowing their names are 100% his. I feel like it helps him bond far earlier that otherwise.

Our 3yo is Faelan Marie and our kit will be ether Aislan Dawn or Kenneth Theodore.

My ex named our first kid. And then we each picked a middle name. My mom named our second kid and then we each picked a middle name. This time I picked a name for either gender and we both picked a middle name. I so regret letting other people name my kids but whatever works for every family :)

Me and my man had a son 6 mos ago and I allowed him to pick our sons entire name, Of course I gave my opinion whether I liked it or not and he made adjustments but I allowed him to choose his name and he was very happy with that especially since we had a boy.

I'm pregnant with our first. Since we were trying for 18 months I had several options picked for a girl or boy when the time came. Now I'm pregnant, I asked my husband if he liked the options, if he agreed then he could choose whichever name he wants once we know the gender. So we kind of decided together. He picked from my choices and didn't mind.

We both have to agree 100% on the name. If one gives a name that the other doesn't like, it gets scratched off the list.
