6months no sex!

Well it's been 6months I've been waiting for my husband to come home. Before we were ttc. I been on this app a year now. I figured I try the natural way before consulting with surgeons. I had a infection that blocked my tubes the doctor placed me on antibiotics. TMI it's been a completely different change in my CM. I've been taking prenatal vit..And geritol vit. My husband with be home in a couple weeks! :) any other suggestions? Baby dust please :)
