So I had my first baby a little over a year ago, I got pregnant in September and miscarried about 4-5 weeks along. I missed my period last month. It's been almost 3 weeks and I had multiple faint positives...my doctor said she's not worried unless I miscarry 3 or more times..this will be my 2nd...I have zero clue what to do about miscarrying all the time now...I want another baby...but I'm so tired of miscarrying....It's breaking my heart...
