I can't see the chart clear enough on my phone, but keep in mind that those are averages and estimates.  It's more about making sure baby is inbetween the two outer lines at each time interval than a true prediction.  Babies have growth spurts and plateaus just like kids outside the womb.  They may be lower in the chart one visit and above average the next- and vice versa.

My fundal height measures 22 weeks but US shows baby at 19-20 weeks. I'm actually 21 weeks, so fundal height to weeks isn't necessarily accurate to fetal size.
