anyone have an ultrasound from 5 weeks?

My dr said I'm estimated to be 5w2d and there was just a sac there. From everything I'm reading I should have seen a tadpole looking thing in there. Should I be worried? 
Edited: to say that my dr said it was normal to see this but everything I read said i should have seen more. I only had an ultrasound this early bc we had no idea how far along I was bc I have irregular cycles.

That's completely normal for how early you are, baby is too small to be seen on the ultrasound. I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days (@the ER) and you couldn't see anything, except the sac that looked empty,  the next ultrasound at 6 weeks 3 days you could see so much more! (Bottom right corner shows it was at 6 weeks 3 days - it was a few days difference from my last missed period)

My friend sent me her ultrasound picture and shes only 5 weeks, all you could see was the sac and her dr said it was normal

This is 5w 6d(abdominal U/S), just two sacs...couldn't see them in there yet.

My best friend had an ultrasound at five weeks and they only saw a sac but now she has a healthy 2 year old! Sometimes it's a little early ... ❤️️

I would not be worried at all. That's he worst when doctors do scans this early. All it does is worry you! 5 weeks is super super early to get one because you most likely won't see anything. Most doctors wait until 8 weeks for that reason alone.

It was really too early to have an ultrasound and expect to see the baby or hear the heartbeat. My doctor wouldn't even do my first ultrasound before 8 weeks because the risk of not seeing anything is so high and it just needlessly freaks women out

Mine looked just like that (just a sac) at 5w1d. I went back at 6w1d & we were able to see more, including the heartbeat!
