when did your baby?

When did your baby start making eye contact with you or people ? When did your baby start following objects ??

My baby is just over 5 weeks old and I just noticed last week or so that she'd move her eyes to follow objects she was looking at if I was holding her. And she seems to make more eye contact now than she used to but I'm not sure yet if that's just because she is seeing better and fixating on the finer details she can see or if she ACTUALLY making eye contact. Haha. 
Same with smiles and noises. She's more vocal now than she used to be and sometimes she makes faces that seem to actually be in reaction to something but it's probably just coincidence because I think it's still a bit early for that - But I feel like it's coming soon!

Answer

About 12 weeks old, but she has severe myopia (nearsightedness) and can't see clearly unless the object is 6" from her face. So she a bit delayed until she gets glasses
