Extra Placenta Lobe

At my anatomy scan at 18 weeks I found out my placenta has and extra lob attached to it. From what I understand I have a normal placenta then there is a little piece that connects to a smaller second placenta.  I am only having one baby and it was always only one. Apparently not super rare but still rare. I have to go back for extra ultrasounds at 28 and 34 weeks just check on it. They are not sure if it will cause any issues yet. Has anyone else had this? Thanks
