Yes, my narcissistic abusive parents had that wonderful affect on me. I'd feel so overwhelmingly angry I'd be shaking, adrenaline would start pumping out of control through me, anxiety attack, and my heart would start skipping and racing. It was awful

In the dorms I lived in in college we had suites. So it was a pod of like three rooms and a bathroom. My particular suite had two single rooms and a double. We were all pretty close. I lived in the double room. Three of us got into a fight with on of the girls in the single room but mostly it was between her and I. She was talking to one of the girls about how she was so much better than me and better looking and all this shit and saying it super loud so I could hear it but refused to say anything to my face. I slammed into her room and I don't even remember what I said but I literally screamed in her face for a solid like 4 minutes. And she was so terrified she just sat and stared at her computer with tears in her eyes. When I was done I just walked back into my room and flopped down on my bed and watched tv. The other two girls had to console her because she was sobbing. I wasn't going to let her treat me that way. Bullies are always the biggest cry babies when you call them out.

I've gotten so mad before that I hit a table and started cussing at my dad because he kept saying he might as well just leave the family because we don't give a shit about him. I didn't even realize I did until after it happened.

There's only been one time in my entire life where I've been that angry. It was when I was with my ex boyfriend, one night we somehow got on the topic of exes and he was sending me pictures of his 3 exes, and one of the girls specifically he went on to say how pretty he thought she was. She's so much prettier than the other 2 girls he's dated in the past, she was the nicest out of all the girls he's dated in the past, etc etc...so naturally, I got annoyed. We had a small argument because I spoke up about how I thought it was inappropriate and he thought I was overreacting. 
ANYWAY. The next day he's at work and I'm just chilling at home. And I start thinking back to the night before and how his "favorite" ex looked so familiar to me...but I couldn't figure out why? So I go to his Instagram and look through his pics; I find nothing. Can't figure out why she looks so familiar to me. So I go to his tagged photos and WHAT DO YA KNOW, there are pictures he's tagged in from a beach trip he went on a month before with "a couple of his friends from high school"....and his ex girlfriend. TONS of pictures of them together. Selfies, pictures of her sitting on his shoulders, pictures of him holding her bridal style, pictures of her sitting on his lap.....y'all.....mad is an understatement. 😅 needless to say we broke up about two days after that. Due to other reasons but I tend to think that's that fueled the beginning of the end.
