3 weeks PP and cant sleep!

I have been struggling to go to sleep when LO is sleeping too. He normally gets up at 1,4 and 7 to feed. I get anxious about the time and can't fall asleep. I'm afraid to take sleeping pills because I don't want to not wake up for his feeds in the night. Any suggestions ??
