Is this a yeast infection or something else?

I'm really itchy/sore/irritated down there, but it doesn't hurt to pee and my discharge is white, chunky and has no smell. I'm also having some thin discharge.

I would see a doctor but I'm far from mine currently and won't be able to see one for another week. I just want to get some relief for the time being. I'm wondering if I should try an OTC medicine.

Yes they sell it at dollar stores. Since you described it as chunky, I'm guessing yes its yeast infection.

Ive had a similar issue before. The doctor told me it could be the soap i was using to clean myself. She told me to try using regular dove white soap and it worked for me. But all our bodies are different i would maybe atleast call your doctor since you cant visit to get an opinion or maybe do some research. Hope this helped!
