Had my first ultrasound today. I'm suppose to be 6 weeks today. There was nothing but a yolk sac. I'm very upset, worried and nervous all at the same time. I was so excited to see my little peanut and hopefully hear a heartbeat but nothing. I have a follow up ultrasound in 10 days... so my question is: Has anyone had an early ultrasound and didn't see anything the first time but reappeared and saw a baby!? Please tell me some good stories because I'm so nervous. 🙏🏼😩
