migraine while pregnant

Hi girls.

So I am in my early stages of pregnancy and I am a migraine sufferer. I believe it is due to hormonal changes. Anyway, wondering what you guys do to ease the pain? I know I can't take ibuprofen but what about Tylenol? And if so, what else do you do do ease the pain??
