I'm so scared (UPDATE)

So I had a pap done the other day and I get a call today saying it was abnormal. And that I may have precancer.. and I have to go in tomorrow to have some biopsies of my cervix done. I'm so scared

UPDATE

so I went to the obg today and had 2 biopsies of cervix. I was told that it's most likely pre cancer and all that's left to determine is if it's mild or severe.

I'm scared and don't know what to do or who to tell
