please help!! Can you get clomid symptoms on cd28?

My boobs have never been like this in my life. My nipples hurt too bad to even touch, and the little "bumps" on my areola are bright red. I didn't think I even ovulated. I've had literally 3-5 very vivid, intense dreams every night for three days as well. My lower back hurts so bad. The only thing that helps it is pressure being put on it. Could I have just ovulated late and these are ovulation symptoms? Or are these late clomid side effects? I'm trying not to imagine things. I have other symptoms as well such as headaches and being emotional but I know that could just be PMS. My boobs have never looked or felt this way and I've never had so many crazy dreams in my life.
