I have a really bad cold , I can't breathe & I sound like a 50 year smoker when I cough. What can I take to help ?

Vitamin C, sleep with a humidifier, use saline spray, drink hot water with raw honey and raw apple cider vinegar. If your throat hurts gargle with warm water mixed with Apple cider vinegar.

I'm going through the same thing but was running a fever as well...Go to your OB I had to have a prescription and you might need one too but they can tell you exactly what to take they have me on all kinds of meds but I'm not sure what you can take under 12 weeks...I hope you feel better soon
