So my daughter has been having wet poop in her diaper what seems to be almost every hour. She doesn't seem to have a fever and she seems happy and not in any discomfort. She has been sick this past week and with a cough and runny nose. But I'm worried about dehydration. FTM so I'm just a little worried. Should I take her in or just wait till she's in some discomfort.
