To be completely honest I went to Costco to pick up some melatonin and accidentally picked up biotin (identical packaging)instead.

I was wondering if anyone takes this supplement while being pregnant??

I saw that excessive use of biotin can cause miscarriage but it gets good reviews for the pregnant women who use it in moderation...

Either way I plan to ask my doctor before using I was just seeing if anyone uses it with success!:)

I guess biotin is supposed support hair and nails, helps give you energy, and helps with depression... Kind of a lot going on but that's what my bottle says...
