Pain during sex.

So ordinarily, I only have pain with sex if I have been having a lot of it. I would get sore, so I could only go a few rounds, and of course if it hit my cervix it would hurt. But lately, I've been sore to where it hurts at entry, even if it's been a few days. I don't understand why. I get cramps sometimes after sex, which come in waves, which at some points even make it so I don't want to move. I have always had bad periods; painful, heavy, but mostly regular. The health insights from eve said something about all my logs and how it could point to endometriosis. Do you feel like I should be concerned?
