Is it safe to color my hair ?

Ive been really wanting to color my hair. Some people say its safe some people say to not do it at all. Ive had friends who have but i just want what is safest !

It's safe. I asked my doctor and she said it's totally safe to do it at any stage in pregnancy. I still waited till the second trimester tho, but it's totally fine to do it 😊

Just make sure it's ammonia free! That's the only thing to worry about. 💙 and make sure all the dye is off your scalp, and also, you can't bleach your hair.. wanted to but was told I couldn't

As long as you don't breathe in the fumes you'll be okay!

Yes. You can at any time. If you're doing it yourself it's best to be outside somewhere very well venalated. But salons are fine, they keep the area well venalated as it is usually but it wouldn't hurt to mention your pregnant. My friend used different coloring product on me since I'm pregnant something less strong and harmful or whatever.

After the first trimester you can. But you should always be in a well ventilated area and avoid extreme chemical exposure (like sitting under a hood to get highlights) . It's all about what you're breathing in.
