strep b test?

I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and have to get my group b strep test on Friday. I have really bad hemorrhoids and I'm worried my test is going to be painful. What should i expect ??

I was worried about this too but they barely put it in your vagina and then for your butt they pretty much just go around the outside and it tickles so much!!! But I have the same issue and there was no pain!

For me, it was really quick. But I was also not really expecting them to put it in the back door. Lmao I imagine the doctor or midwife has seen your situation a million times and will try to avoid causing you pain. The worst part was the cervical check, by far.

For me, nurse only took a sample vaginal,I was nervous but is not painful
